Ok more of a question.

I dont have any experience in motivational speaking besides the little ones I did in school which I didnt complete but its my dream.. It makes me feel like I wont accomplish my dream. Yesterday was so hard for me and I kept having a panic attack. I was very suicidal. Is there a way for me to still accomplish my dream with all of these mental health issues??? #BPD #MentalHealth #dreams #question #SuicideAwareness #PanicAttacks #MotivationalSpeaker ?

Hey

Hey there. I thought I would say hi 👋🏽
I am the face behind the blogs. I am Southern California girl (Simi Valley). I share my story about life as a mom of two teens, life as a retired Army Combat Veteran and a military spouse of over 21 years.
I know how it is to juggle life with your career. I know how it is so be a Soldier trying to fulfill your duties and as a spouse trying to support his career. I also know how it is to raise two children during meetings, daycare, deployments, field time, bosses who want all of your time. I have been there and done that. I also know how it is to go through a mid life crisis and cut all your hair off and dye it purple. Yup. Been there too.
My hair isn’t perfect but it’s mine. My makeup isn’t perfect either but I still put on my face. My clothes are comfy casual and it’s me.
Oh and I’m also an advocate for PTSD awareness for individuals and families because we live it firsthand. So this is me. This is us. This is my story. Want to talk? Need some advice? Reach out. I promise that you are not alone.

I am enough

Had a great phone call today in which I was reminded to not discredit myself.
I have been through enough experiences to make me qualified to be a speaker and share my story.
I often don’t give myself enough credit because of how some have made me feel. Not today.
I am a speaker. I am a life coach. I am a story teller. I am a survivor.
I am me and am proud of how far I have come. A year ago today I can’t even tell you if I saw myself where I am at now.
Thank you sir for giving me that little piece of advice that has just changed my perspective about what I am trying to do.
I am still here and am going to continue to fight to save lives. #Life coach #MotivationalSpeaker #My life
