New #motto that I love! Hope one of you can appreciate it too 💕❤️

I won't gloss over how incredibly hard it ia to get up again. But it is very important to do so. Because as I have found, no matter how deep you fall there will always be opportunities for Joy on the other side. But you have to keep getting up and keep trying. You have to search for that joy and create it instead of expecting it to just find you miraculously. Sometimes it will of course but most of the time you're in charge of yourself. Be good to you. ❤️

Let it go. Not for them, but for you.

"When you are in Chronic Pain, there's a lot of stuff you have to let go, and that is part of pain management."

Oh to live in a world were justice always wins, everyone is given their due good or bad, and what you want is fact not fiction. But that is not the life we were given. We are made so much stronger for all we survive. But to not become bitter we must let those wrongs we are dealt go. No matter if you know you are in the right and were cheated.
Sometimes you just have to let it go.
My most current lesson I am being taught in life. So hard to do when you understand you don't have to be stepped on for others amusement. But that also means that others shouldn't be stepped on for yours.
