Don't know what else to do

Since I started my new medication cocktail I have made a lot of progress. I am currently on hydroxyzine pamoate 50mg, #ariprazole 5mg , 40mg #Viibryd and 48mg #spravato. This Friday was actually the best that I have felt in the past five years. But apparently even that wasn't enough. As I was driving home I found myself having thoughts of suicide. It hasn't really stopped since then either. So I don't know what to do at this point.

It used to be that my thoughts of suicide were caused by my depression. But on Friday I felt the best I have since before the depression started. And I have tried to change my philosophical outlook on things but haven't been able to. My treatment team, friends and family all seem to be at a loss too. So I don't know what else to do.

P.S. I saw on of my providers today so I'm not in immediate danger.

Possible BPD being revealed by medication side effects

I started taking Viibryd about a month ago and have been slowly weaning myself off of my Zoloft and Welbutrin scripts. I have had the fun time of Serotonin Syndrome (thanks Zoloft) and have been working through the withdrawal side effects from Welbutrin, which sucks A LOT. But I've noticed in the past week that I've been experiencing mania and mood swings that I didn't have before. The drug facts indicate this is to be a side effect that I should be reporting to my doctor (I have an appointment next week) but it also mentioned that Viibryd exacerbates BPD by doing exactly what I was feeling. I haven't been diagnosed with BPD, I am being treated for Minor Major Depression, Chronic PTSD, and Anxiety Disorder. I am terrified that I may also have BPD, as my abuser had it and I'm hoping my current mania is just a sign that this isn't the right med for me, not that I have BPD. I'm supposed to be feeling better and this struggle for treatment is not going the way I would have hoped. I know it takes time but I fear losing my job and my family over my mania and anxiety. Anyone else have this or know of a better approach for treatment I can suggest to my psychiatrist?

Is anyone familiar with #Viibryd for #Depression

This quote kinda hit the nail on the head with me. I love being a teacher and since I’m single with no children the money works for me, but I’m battling with my mind on a regular basis. My new doctor prescribed something called Viibryd for the #Depression and she said we can add to it later for the #Anxiety and whatever the hell else is going on. Is anyone familiar with this particular #Antidepressant and it’s side effects and how effective it really is? Up until now nothing has helped me. Thank you, Mighty Warriors! ❤️💪 #CheckInWithMe #Support #Depression #Anxiety #Insomnia

I got “snatched” off of Wellbutrin and Lexapro and pit on Viibryd. I’m seriously anxious. Anybody have experience with this drug?? 🦋

Last time I switched meds was 5 years ago and I was tapered off one and onto the next. I was also in the psych hospital. I’m really nervous. #Depression #Depressionmeds #Viibryd

GeneSight Test ##GeneSight #Antidepressant #Viibryd

Anyone thinking about having the GeneSight testing done, please make certain your insurance carrier covers the cost because, I found out after the fact mine was not.
