Managing diabetes is a very challenging task. Diabetes is a long-term disease. We have a lot to monitor, including our food intake, our medication dosages, how much physical activity we do, and managing stress, but you don't have to do all these things at once. Focus on one goal until you reach it, then move on to another. The best way to manage diabetes in the long run is to take things one day at a time.
