Having to live with type 2 Diabetes can bring a lot of health problems to your body. One of them is depression, the feeling of hopelessness. This disease makes me feel like I haven’t got control over my own body, That food has the control. Because what l eat is going to determine my day. Especially when l am depress. I have a tendency to run to food for comfort. Not the healthy foods . So it’s a battle every day. The Holy Spirit reminds me every day to run to Him for comfort. That He is my Comforter not food 🙏🏽❤️
