Saved a lot of money for my yearly vacation. Due to a really bad sickness flare up, couldn't get out of the hotel.what would you do next?

My yearly weeklong #Holiday is always the highlight of my year.it's something that helps me charge my batteries and mentally recover from all the#illnessmysery . It costs me a lot of #financialstruggles but has always been worth it. This year however, I had a massive #healthbreakdown . I couldn't do a thing. I'm so devastated. What would you guys suggest I do in the future?how can i cope with this? I am afraid of going back on holiday next year as the #ChronicPain this year was #puremadness . I ended up #automutilating .
