Who practices #Meditation?
I attended a mindfulness meditation course a couple years ago to learn the basics and to my surprise it actually helped when I practiced 10 min a day. I wondered if anybody else finds relief with meditation and if you could recommend any #Apps or #YouTubeVideos?
