We all need to be told this every day every week every minute
But with everything that is going on at the moment some of us are not used to the idea of having to self isolate
But us chronic pain warriors Those of us with rare disease, cancer, autoimmune, arthritis, fibromyalgia, unknown or undiagnosed diseases heart complaints are all too familiar with having to self isolate in our homes or often our beds for days weeks months and sometimes years.
It's a very lonely existence experience and life sometimes.
Some of us have no family no kids no friends no neighbours.
Please when you are moaning and worrying about this Pandemic this new outbreak and are rushing around buying 24 thousand toilet rolls (why for the love of god why) 🤣🙏🤷♀️
Please give a thought for us chronicpainwarrior who have been self isolating for ever.
Remember we are all loved by so many. remember you are beautiful remember you have a phone to reach out to people. remember we are here for every one on the mighty.
