Does anyone else feel like their going into an episode every time the full moon approaches? I’ve never been much to “believe” that a full moon could effect one’s behavior but found many reputable articles online tonight about the correlation between a #fullmoon and #Insomnia .
It has peaked my curiosity and I think I will start tracking my sleep a bit more closely and see how/if it correlates with the moon phases.
🙏🏻Prayers I can find some rest tonight, as it’s 2am and I am #exhausted yet #restless .
