today i decided to mute all my social media accounts and have a time to grieve and heal as i feel everything is so heavy and i can't join the world anymore....but am so afraid of the moment when i decide to come back and re-join to find out that everything changed.am so afraid that my friends will forget me or have a life iam not a part of it. i chose that but its so scary and it's so hard too to socialize or even text i feel like i overflow ... am so sad
