Logging your blood sugar numbers and adding other therapy-related information in a physical or online diabetes logbook can help you better manage diabetes.

By logging regularly, you will be able to better understand your condition by learning correlations between your blood sugar, diet, physical activity, insulin dosage, and mental health.

I’ll keep shining my light 💡❤️💪🏻

Keep shining your light 💡 and never second guess yourself 💪🏻

It’s almost been 1 whole year since I went from crew trainer outfit to manager outfit. I’ve came a long way. I’m proud of myself and all the work I’ve done 🧡💪🏻💡

Management is so exhausting but very rewarding. Management is tiring but you get to teach and help others do their job while being in charge of the shift. I love helping others succeed & helping customers get what they need to keep them coming back. Management is A LOT of work. I don’t get much sleep because I’m constantly working because of how short staffed we are. As a manager, we fill in the shifts that need people. Welcome to management 😀 #management #McDonalds
