Sorry not sure if allowed to post, I know only a doctor or psychiatrist can help, but anxiety wise any tips with being scared about increasing your meds dose, my anxiety has been pretty severe and I might need a med review or higher dose but I’m a tad scared about side effects or in general increasing it. Thanks if possible any help or your own experience!

Today I sent an email apologizing for and withdrawing from a mentor-ship program that I voluntarily enrolled in. It’s not the first time I’ve had to respectfully bow out of something because I’m depressed, anxious, overwhelmed, bit off more than I could chew, or all of the above. I was hoping after graduating college as a #professional this would stop happening. It still feels like I’m letting someone down. Like I’m failing. Like I’ve wasted someone’s time. Will mental illness ever stop putting me in this position? Will it ever get easier to bow out, or to say I can’t in the first place? #Guilt #toomuch

Sitting here in the waiting room. Everyone is so nice and the place is beautiful. But I'm on the verge of a panic attack. I'm in #scrubs so I have to act #professional but I'm dying inside.

I know someone who seems to have traits of both #BorderlinePersonalityDisorder and #NarcissisticPersonalityDisorder , whose central frame of mind that damages her #Relationships , both #personal and #professional, is being so #Selfcentered .

In the #pwbpd I know, it seems she is overly eager to follow the #social , #professional , and #financial “rules” of her #romantic #Partner , against her best interests.

I hold a Bachelor's Degree and am able to juggle multiple things at a time. I am looking to supplement my medical retirement with work from home. #workfromhome #ChronicIllness #professional #Education
