What would you tell your past self if you could? Maybe you’d give them some advice on how to make it through some tough moments now that you have the wisdom of the present. Or maybe you’d tell them that it’s going to be OK. Write a letter to your past self by starting “Dear Past Me,” and feel free to share them here in the comments. The letters can be as long or as short as you feel they should be.
We can’t wait to read your letters. ❤️

If time, money, your health and other things weren’t stopping you, where would you go? Would you go on a National Parks tour? Or would you see the sights in Japan? Or maybe you’d like to rest on a beach in Hawai’i. Envision yourself on the grand adventure you’d like to be on and write about it in the comments below!

What are you looking forward to the most? Maybe you have a getaway planned or you’re going to see some friends you haven’t seen in some time. Or maybe you’re looking forward to the release of a new book, movie or music. Whatever it is, write about it! Describe the main emotions this event brings up for you.

It’s time to flex those creative writing muscles of yours, Mighties. This week’s #52SmallThings challenge is all about journaling, and what better way to kick things off than to write a short (or long, if you’re inspired!) letter to your health condition or disability. What’s on your mind?

"Raise your words, not your voice.
It is rain that grows flowers, not thunder."
- Rumi Read
A quote I love, but find damn hard to follow...
Though I've been finding after finally getting down to journaling consistently, it's made finding the words much easier- on and off the page...
Amongst a boatload of other things, which I'm gonna be sharing with you-
Along with a sneak peak of a lil (not so lil actually) journal series I'm cooking up for the New Year...
On Thursday morning! 🎉 See you then! ✌🏻

I am not telling you to do this in place of therapy! Write when you are comfortable and not rushed. Set a timer if that is helpful. It is possible to get triggered when writing about traumatic events, put the pen down and come back later. Try not to obsess over grammar or spelling. Don't leave out any detail, this is your diary, your private thoughts. Lastly, do this for yourself!
Please, if you are going to do anything as far as self-care, I beg you to write in a journal, it doesn't have to be everyday. once a week is good enough. Just try. Pick up the pen and grab a piece of paper. If you need help thinking of where to start, here is a massive list of prompts!!!!!
