    Shoulder pain relief?

I have intense pain between my left shoulder blade and my spine. Like there’s a block of wood shoved in there. Can’t take painkillers for another hour and 15mins. Can’t do stretches properly that normally help as I’ve had a hand op (best way to describe it) two weeks ago and can’t touch that hand without it hurting the injury. Can’t have a bath due to this either. Tried foam roller, cbd oil, massage, heat cream, hot water bottle, ibuprofen. Can’t tolerate ice. Any ideas or advice anyone? Partner needs to sleep due to work (in the nhs so extra guilt) and I’m keeping him up which I feel awful for. Will try anything. #Pain #Sleep #Painsomnia #HypermobileTypeEDS #HEDS #Hypermobility #Shoulder #help #Advice #PainKillers

Rare and Mighty is what I strive for. #

I will be bionic after I get my other knee replaced and my other shoulder replaced. I will tend to my garden and life will be better.
My true super power is educating people about my illnesses. So many have responded with "My cousin/friend/etc had Lupus, I thought she just had to stay out of the sun." It's so great to see the light bulb go off above their head as they realize what life is like for someone they care for. It's a flash of empathy that I hope stays with them.

    Work Injury #PsoriaticArthritis #Shoulder

So, I work as a CNA and have suffered a shoulder injury due to a resident’s knees buckling and him yanking on my shoulder. I have received the worst retaliation at work even though I have worker’s comp. They obviously don’t understand how an injury is intensified by chronic illness. Possible legal action?

    Erbs Palsy Hope #ErbsPalsy #BrachialPlexusInjuries

Tomorrow I’m going to have an evaluation for this myomo brace for my Erbs Palsy (brachial plexus injury). I’m so excited and nervous. When it comes to my arm and shoulder I have never received good news besides “it hasn’t gotten worse” and this time it looks promising. I’m just not sure if I can get someone to watch my dad so I can go. I seriously never qualify for any help with my shoulder and it really gets to me and I finally do! I need to stop getting excited though. I might not be approved. I know I haven’t shared much about my Erbs Palsy on here yet, but I promise I will. Please ask me any and all questions! #question #ErbsPalsy #BrachialPlexusInjuries #Myopro #Myomo #Brace #OrthopedicBraces #Shoulder #Disability #Advocacy #Hope
