Connection #52SmallThings #week 9
Last night I texted 2 friends that I have not seen in a while. I also found my old Pinterest and Tumbler accounts that I had for my blog on #Trichotillomania And they are named #Trich LLC I could not afford to keep my blog open and it wad called hairpullingdisorderhelp.com and I made it to connect and support the #Trich community and make connections. I am so glad that tumbler still shows some of my blog writing. And I hope to reopen these accounts. For my Mighty community thank you for all your support with both my common and #RareDisease

Acts of Kindness #week 5
For myself, I made a small altar for my Kwan Yin statue at the head of the new wildflower bed. For a young friend, lots of moral support & gentle life coaching during a difficult period. For a loved one, I have a goody box almost ready to take to her next week.
