OverStressed

I have a social circle of 0, my dad brings my medication once a week but he doesn't visit. I have a gov't subsidised bachelor unit. It's small and packed full with moving boxes. I have mobility barriers and get easily injured, so it's tricky to get around them. I'm getting increasingly overwhelmed and stressed out and I have to get my stuff sorted soon because my superintendent needs to inspect the unit soon.
I don't know how to find help with this task.
I'm especially worried because I know I'm going to find a lot of broken sentimental belongings.
Does anyone have any ideas/recommendations?

Current Mode: Curled up on my bathroom floor hugging the commode. Using toilet paper for a pillow.
