You are already beautiful

Our mind loves to attack us with the worst thoughts imaginable about how ugly, insignificant, incomplete, or unworthy we are. These are all lies. If you want to stop it from happening, practice focusing your awareness on this phenomenon. The more you recognize these lies, the better you can get at not listening to them. How many of you are willing to stand up against the mind and acknowledge that you are already beautiful exactly as you are?

TRUE or FALSE: It’s easier for me to help others than to ask others for help.

In the poll we asked earlier in the week, 44% of the group said that you only ask for help when it’s an emergency, so we’re curious what your experience is when helping others. Do you find it easier? How come?

P.S. We’ve heard so many community members share that they enjoy helping out those around them, especially those on The Mighty who are struggling. We applaud and commend all who have made The Mighty what it is today. 🏅
