I feel confident when I...

For today’s #MightyMinute , we’re tuning into the moments, skills, and experiences that tap into and boost our inner confidence — whether it’s a self-care routine, a conversation with a trusted loved one or friend, sharing knowledge about a topic you’re passionate about, or something you’ve practiced and strengthened over time.

When do you feel the most confident?

💙 P.S. If this activity feels challenging, that’s totally OK — we feel that. Confidence isn’t always easy to access, and some days it takes a little more gentleness. We're sending you some extra love today! 💌

Reflect on a time when you broke tradition. How did it feel?

Traditions are often celebrated or observed as they are passed down through generations or between family members, friends, or groups that share similar beliefs; but that doesn’t always mean they are "healthy."

Some traditions can be tied to toxic behaviors like childhood trauma or disorder eating and therefore can (and should!) be changed or challenged by those who once practiced them.

Mighty staffer @sparklywartanks broke tradition by deciding to no longer practice the religion she grew up with. She wanted to go on her own path and that made her feel liberated, especially in her healing journey.

An item, product, or tool I'm grateful for is...

Finding something that supports you — whether it's a distraction, a way to get things done, or a tool that supports mobility or accessibility — can be a lifesaver. It can also add an extra layer of comfort and confidence.

What's something you’ve found that you’re grateful for and that’s helped you manage your health in some way, shape, or form?

You are not your anger. You are not your pain.
They’re visitors, not who you are.

When you’re angry or in pain, it feels like those emotions are you.

You say, I am angry. I am hurting.

But what if you could step back and simply watch the anger, observe the pain, without becoming it?

The moment you separate yourself from what you feel, you begin to take your power back.

You realize that anger and pain are passing states, not your identity.

Try this next time a wave hits you:

Pause.

Breathe.

Notice the feeling as something happening in you, not something you are.

That’s the first step to peace of mind — awareness of mind.

What emotion have you been identifying with lately?

Also, if you're going through a tough time right now, I want you to know that I post daily mental health videos about how to deal with painful thoughts. What's the dominant emotion you've been feeling lately?

Hi, Mighty fam! ✨

Mighty staffer @sparklywartanks has been reflecting on her recent therapy session this week. She realized the emotion she’s been feeling the most is one she usually avoids — anger. It’s been difficult for her to fully feel it, let alone process it.

We’re curious to know: What emotions have you been feeling lately? How are you processing them right now? What’s been challenging for you?

The world’s opinions change every day. Your value doesn’t.

So much of your energy gets spent trying to earn someone else’s approval.
You shape your choices, your words, even your dreams around how others might perceive them.

But stop for a moment and ask yourself:
What difference does their approval or disapproval truly make to who you are?

Their opinions shift like the wind and they only see you through the lens of their own fears, expectations, and insecurities. None of that changes your worth.

The peace you’re looking for begins the moment you stop trying to be understood by everyone, and instead, understand yourself.

You don’t need permission to be who you already are.

How much of your life has been shaped by trying to please others?
