I went and drove to the Doctors office and got my blood pressure checked. Just like they phoned and asked me too.
My pressure was perfect she said. Like a teenagers. 😅😅

Strange it's high when I see the dr. She called it white coat syndrome. That made me laugh, and when I go to the hospital its low. So confusing. But I'm normally dehydrated then.
But I left the house, drove my car. Stood in the rain and wore my spotty mask. Spoke to Real people. Real human beings wow. How surreal.
How our lives have changed so much in just 3 short months.
Can't wait til this time next year when we can look back and see how much has changed.
So the new meds aren't messing with my blood pressure check.
One step at a time. Baby steps
