This week we’ll be reflecting on honoring our needs.

What does it mean to "honor your needs?" Glad you asked! From our emotional to mental to physical health, we all have different ways we navigate the world around us. And since we’re people with varying experiences, the things we need in each of those buckets may look different.

There’s no shame at all in having needs, prioritizing them, and communicating those needs to the people or environments around us.

Do you feel it’s easy for you or is it something you’re working toward improving?

➡️ P.S. It’s OK to reflect, act, and prioritize our needs for our well-being. In fact, it’s often necessary.
