    Weekly sharing (4)

    Hello Mind Conquerors!

Like i would like to do every friday, i will repropose this initiative, these are the concepts:

    - Sharing how you are feeling in this moment

    - Activating notifications on this post

    - Reading comments as they are being made, and replying to those to which you can relate to, either with practical advices or kind words :)

If you want to, feel free to give any suggestion to change or improve this post!

The idea is to make us talk with each other in a form that look like a community chat, to stimulate communication and give life to interesting conversations!

If you don't want to comment or reply, don't feel like you have to!

You may just read or skip without any problem, as you please 😊

Thanks to everyone who spent time reading this post :)

Anyone find that they just get no enjoyment out of the things they used to do?

I used to love spending an hour In the bath, bath bombs, candles and music I struggle to stay in for 10 minutes and then can't manage jt any longer

Anyone else found this or any tips how to get past this

    Lupus (SLE)

Today the sun is shining & yes i am feeling pretty ok. Tomorrow or even tonight might be a different kettle of very large fish. You see with lupus i get no warnings it’s going to relapse & make me sleep for days on end. The last time it happened i slept solidly for three days it was caused by a common cold.
It had been lingering on & off for 6mths & i just couldn’t shift it then bam it literally floored me.
So today Ian going to take the time to smell the sea & flowers because it’s beautiful & spring is come early. #happy #enjoyment #sunshine #Spring #New day
