I wanted to do that every friday, but i have been through 2 busy and hard days...
I felt like i needed to rest my mind and be with myself; i'm proud because i looked after me, not a thing i was used to do until recently.
I now feel like i got my lucidity back!
I recognized my bad emotions and accepted it, they freely came and flowed away!
The community helped me to realise that i'm fine as i am, so thanks to everyone of you.
Anyway, here we go again into the #Weeklysharing post!
For those who don't know it, this is it's concept:
