We were at the vet this morning and I'm still in tears.
Tara Gethin had more bloods done. What we had hoped was #pancreatitis so were treating with antibiotics hasn't cleared, her #anaemia & haematocrit has declined further. Again, we can't rule out #Cancer , of the pancreas or abdominal lymph nodes. We'd only be able to know for certain if we gave her scans & biopsies & I'm not putting her through all of that when a) she's nearly 16 and b) is poorly enough.
We've brought her home as she's still eating & drinking & going to the toilet.
All we can do is keep her comfy - she's taken to curling up on the duvets in the cupboard in the office & give her pain relief.
My gorgeous wee girl will be going over the Rainbow Bridge sooner rather than later, I'm very sad to say.
