    Subluxation Question:

Hi! I haven’t written in a long while (y’all know how it goes) ok-
Anyone out there who’s subluxed/ or dislocated their long head bicep 💪?

MRI came back showing many things- but that one caught me of guard! Of all the many things I’ve subluxed or dislocated- repeatedly- this one is new.

Well, not new- but finally being addressed.
    Doctor mentioned surgery.
Going in for follow up next week.

Anyone relate? Or help me stave off this impending anxiety that’s starting to set In… Please. #EhlersDanlosSyndrome #ChronicIllnessEDS #AnxietySymptoms #question

Curious is anyone else has the same experience.

So I have anxiety (surprise right?!) usually it’s very mild and I’ve gotten good at keeping at bay for the most part. But the past few weeks it’s really been bothering me. The last time I can remember it being like this was a couple years ago, at the beginning of Covid. I know it’ll eventually subside and I’ll go back to my “normal”. (But it can really suck while in it)
But I was curious if others had the same experience. (*hearing others stories makes me feel better about my own). #Anxiety #AnxietySymptoms

    Lost afraid and unsure

Okay, so finally after too long being jobless,I got hired to be a product demonstrator at a local grocery store. The last step was I needed an i9 to be filled out by a "personal advocate " since the msin company isn't local. I asked a lady I've thought of as a friend and after looking at the form she declined. I asked my old boss and when we tried, the document wouldn't open. After a week and a half of getting the link resent she finally didn't respond back. So I lost that job. I have an interview today for a hotel clerk type job and its making me extremely anxious. At age 66 with cptsd fibro and who know, I hate the idea of working with unknown bosses..and its a job I don't have experience in plus it may be for night shift. I never ever worked night shifts and the thought of it is appalling to me. I am terrified and yet I desperately need money.
I don't know how to deal with my anxiety. I don't know how to deal with what feels like betrayal to me by my supposed friend. It took me 10 days to fully process how I felt about my "friend"backing out causing the problem losing me money. #CPTSD #AnxietySymptoms #Fibromyalgia #ChronicDepression

    What else is there?

I am TIRED. Don't know what to do next. Just wished for a day without symptoms or pain. I can't remember the last time I feel like a human being. Everything is out of place. Nothing seem right. Nothing I eat works. I don't know how to breathe anymore. I am actually scared to. I don't know why today is particularly difficult or why I am extra frustrated and tired. It's not like this is new. Tried to encourage myself daily but not today.#PosturalOrthostaticTachycardiaSyndrome #IfYouFeelHopeless #Anxiety #PanicAttacks #DistractMe #PanicDisorder #AnxietySymptoms #Hope

    Anxiety at night

Does anybody else have more anxiety at night than daytime? I have it all the time but it becomes more acute at night. Sometimes all I do is sleep and other times my anxiety is so bad it makes me sick. #acuteanxiety

    Have a 🐝 beautiful day ☀️ #Support #EnjoyTheLittleThings #dirtherapy #youareloved

Some days getting out of bed can be so hard. I try to find healing ❤️‍🩹 in my gardens. As I was having my coffee ☕️ I saw this bee 🐝 in my flowers 🌸 I’ve began to call my gardens dirt therapy on my #SmilingDepression days and when #AnxietySymptoms are trying to control me.

When everything seems to go wrong around you

As far back as I can remember many things have gone wrong. In recent years I’ve often considered that I’m the common denominator. Maybe I’m the one that attracts destruction and those who would likely cause harm.

Does anyone else experience things frequently going wrong around them? Problems in relationships and at work? People getting hurt or suddenly dying or their life falls apart?

Anyone else have a lot of physical symptoms with their panic attacks?

I have panic disorder, and I'm struggling a lot with the physical symptoms of my panic attacks: feeling lightheaded and dizzy, feeling like I can't take a deep breath, feeling depersonalized, feeling clammy and having a racing heartbeat, headache, etc. etc. etc. I would like to know other people experience all this stuff, that I'm not alone. I don't know anyone with else with panic disorder or anyone that has anxiety this bad. I'm tired of feeling alone, or like I'm going crazy because of all this. #PanicDisorder #Anxiety #AnxietyAttack #PanicAttacks #Agoraphobia #AnxietySymptoms #GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder
