Tip Tuesday - Learning to Stop Letting Your Thoughts Control You

This is a very hard lesson, I know. But so often, our thoughts rule us and make our mental health worse. Learning how to let go negative emotions is SO hard but SO worth it.

One simply way to start would be to "catch" or write down all of your negative thoughts for 24 hours. See where the patterns are, and which thoughts cause the most emotional pain.

Than you can try to stop them when you're thinking them and re frame it.
