Share a time when you felt accomplished.

Whether it’s completing a daily task, making a life or career decision, choosing to do (or not do) something, having an aha moment, setting a boundary, adjusting a habit, or committing to a regular intentional change — every accomplishment, big or small, is worth acknowledging.

When was a time or moment when you felt accomplished?

Let's cheer each other on in the comments below! 🥳

New group formed for anyone with osteoporosis

#MultipleSclerosis I formed this group for I did not find any for those living with osteoporosis. I called this new group: "Living with Osteoporosis". The goal for this group is like other groups in that it is a space to discuss any and all difficulties with this condition. There are many people who have it and I am among them. Apparently, my case is severe enough to take medication for it. Who out there has had difficulties with this? If so, what are they?#Anxiety #Arthritis #ChronicFatigueSyndrome #CommonVariableImmuneDeficiency #ComplexRegionalPainSyndrome #CoronaryHeartDisease #CrohnsDisease #CheckInWithMe #CheerMeOn #MightyTogether #MyCondition #MultipleSclerosis #MoreDiseases #ChronicIllness #ChronicIllness #Osteoporosis #Other #ChronicObstructivePulmonaryDisease #Fibromyalgia #Endometriosis #EhlersDanlosSyndrome #UlcerativeColitis #RheumatoidArthritis

Write a note to yourself about something important you’ve been putting off. 🗒️

I’ve been in my head a lot lately especially since I haven’t been able to see my therapist for about a month while she’s on medical leave. One important thing I’ve been putting off is keeping track of the things I want to talk to her about once we’re able to meet again.

📝 My note to myself: Set aside time this week and next week to write a list in my journal of all the thoughts and experiences I’ve had over the past month that I want to reflect on.

What’s something important you want to write a quick note about, so you don’t forget to come back to it?

List 2 or more things you’re good at.

Hi, Mighty friends! 🌅

Let’s cheer each other on and celebrate all the things we know we’re good at, are practicing regularly, or are slowly getting more comfortable embracing.

Whether it’s being a great listener, making people laugh, staying organized, crafting, gaming, cooking, being on time, pushing forward through challenges, advocating for yourself, or simply getting out of bed on tough days — it all counts.

💬 What are you good at?

🌻 Gentle reminder: If this activity feels challenging or you’re having a tough day, know that we’re really proud of you for being here on The Mighty. That alone is worth celebrating. We’re cheering you on today — and every day after. 💜

What topics, skills, or hobbies are you most curious about?

When we put ourselves out there and broaden our horizons, we’re allowing our curiosity to take the lead (that can be scary, but rewarding!). This can look like: learning a new language, trying a different type of art or cuisine, taking a chance on an entirely new career path, or dabbling with a new-to-us movement or exercise.

What topics, skills, or hobbies spark your curiosity? What interests you most?

What love couldn't heal

I gave grace to your brokenness,
hoped love would help you heal.
But I can’t carry a future
you never chose to feel.

I confused potential with purpose,
got lost in borrowed time.
But God doesn’t author confusion—
He speaks through peace, not signs.

What’s meant for me
won’t leave me in doubt.
So I’m releasing you in faith
and trusting God to work it out.

I’m letting go of the fantasy,
the fixing, the chase—
and anchoring my soul
in the safety of God’s embrace. #MightyPoets #Anxiousattachment #BPD #Depression #MentalHealth #CheerMeOn

What's a decision you've made recently that you're proud of?

Got out of bed? Asked for support? Finished the laundry? Bought something just for yourself? Sought a second opinion about your health? Opened up about your feelings and experiences? Decided NOT to do something?

What have you done (or not done) recently that you're proud of, or that has brought you some relief? If you can't think of anything right now, that's OK! Instead, what's one helpful thing you can do for yourself this week?

🌟 Sending love and energy to everyone today!
