Electrolyte drink recommendations?

I have HEDS and likely/undiagnosed POTS and i’m looking for a way to stay more hydrated and i’m wondering what are everyone’s favorite drinks/mixes and flavors? I have used Ultima but I don’t like how the powder never mixes all the way in. I’ve also used propel which I like but can sometimes give me a headache. #hypermobileehlers-DanlosSyndrome(hEDS) #hydration #AutonomicDysfunction #PosturalOrthostaticTachycardiaSyndrome #Dysautonomia

What’s your favorite drink? #52SmallThings

When you’re feeling thirsty, what drink are you most likely to reach for first? Whether you’re a tea drinker, coffee drinker or a prefer a tall glass of milk, this is your friendly reminder to make sure you’re still getting your water intake for the day. That can come from your favorite drink or by balancing out your favorite drink with something refreshing.

Don’t want to drink plain water to hydrate? Try infusing some fruit in it to make water both flavorful and hydrating.
