I'm new here!

Hi, my name is Rae. I'm here because I have a lot of chronic disorders. I’m only 23 and it is almost impossible to live. Every year I get diagnosed with something new. I don’t know anyone like me. I know people who have the individual issues and disorders. But I’ve never met or talked to anyone who struggles with everything. I just want to know more about these things and how to deal with them. I came from nursing but it’s different to be in it. It’s also taken over my whole life to where I cannot work. I pass out consistently. I just need someone who can understand some what.

Suggestions on fidget toys/tools for anxiety and managing procrastination while reading & studying🙏🏿

I have to read A LOT for my courses to catch up, but I can't seem to just go all in like I used to😭

I was thinking of using fidget tools/toys for stress relief/anxiety.

However, I have limited movement in my hands and they're quite weak.

So...please any recommendations haha 😅 I was thinking slime? Or a version of thinking putty? Or a fidget ring ? Or an acupuncture fidget ring?

Any and all help would be mightily appreciated🥰

Sending virtual hugs to everyone 💜

My Tummy

I was diagnosed with IBS years ago and yesterday I found out that I am gulten and dairy intolerant. No wonder I was practically puking at my sister’s wedding last weekend and pooping a little. It was because the night before the rehearsal dinner was full of pasta. Oh well. Feeling better now.
