Working out with CRPS
Hi everyone!
I’m new here and was wondering how many of you have found safe and productive ways to workout with your #ChronicIllness ? I have #ComplexRegionalPainSyndrome in all 4 limbs but love working out, it helps with my #Depression and self image. The #CRPS is a new diagnosis I was previously diagnosed with #Polyneuropathy and have had it for 13years. I’m guessing the responses (if any) I’ll get are walking, yoga & using light weights but just looking for more resources… I have another Dexascan tomorrow and I’ll find out if my osteopenia has turned into osteoporosis (I’m 37) so it may be best to look into workouts for people with that so I don’t hurt myself more. 🤦🏻♀️😬
