Gluten intolerance #Gluten #Nightsweats

I have been struggling with night sweats since late April 2022. I went to the doctor last week for a second opinion and so far the two doctors I have seen think it’s my meds. I have done some experimenting with my diet and noticed that I only get night sweats when I eat certain types of foods. Mainly things that are wheat or contain gluten. I only came to this realization last night in regards to gluten when I started to feel ill as I ate dinner. I checked the food packaging and saw gluten was one of the main ingredients. Looking back at my recent dietary choices every time I have eaten something potentially with gluten I wake up with night sweats. I’m not really sure where to go from here other than to continue avoiding gluten and see what happens.

Beautiful day!!

Man is it gorgeous out today!! After school, the little girl who I watch was the only one here today, so I made it special for us! We went out and grabbed some milkshakes and took Loki to the park and spent almost two hours there! We were all having fun!!
Tonight, my oldest is ordering dinner!! Korean BBQ!! So all I gotta do is vacuum and wash the floors and I am going to kick my feet up and relax and hopefully get to bed much earlier!! I hope my night sweats eased off like last night, I just needed a longer sleep!
Well I better start my evening!! Take care!

On a happier note!!

Loki, my youngest daughter and I went to the beautiful dog park again!! We didn't go to the river this time because it was a bit chilly today!!
It was nice to get the fresh air, watching a lady puppy tease Loki with his ball to get his attention!! It was a nice evening!! Time to get some sleep!! My fatigue is still going strong! I think it would have been better but I am having night sweat and chills this week so my qualityof sleep has not been good!! Fibromyalgia sucks! Haha..

In a bad place right now... (picture: because who doesn’t love a cat in her own stroller? Lol)❤️💕🐱🐶💪🥰🤗

I’m anxious. I’m leaving in an hour to go to the hospital for an urgent MRI on my brain. I’m having the MRI at 10:30pm. The symptoms I’m having, of course, are scary in itself and the fact I need to go now, but that’s actually not what is bothering me the most. Covid is pretty bad where I am right now. The hospitals are over run with Covid admissions and they are trying to make as much room as they can by sending patients to field hospitals and anywhere else that there’s room. I’m pretty much walking into a burning building as far as infection goes because the one I have to go to is one of the worst out breaks in my province. I can’t have anyone come with me for support so my husband will drop me off and wait the few hours in the car. If anyone has had a brain MRI, it’s more terrifying than most MRIs because you have to wear a cage-like contraption on your head/face while you’re already trapped in a tiny space for up to 60 minutes and you can’t move. I’m hoping I won’t have to wear a mask inside the machine as well. The last time I had one done 5 years ago, I was able to take an Ativan to calm (and it was still scary!). But this time, because of my symptoms and blood issues I can’t take anything. I’m have terrible coughing spasms (not Covid related) so I don’t know how I’m going to manage that when I’m not supposed even move. I think this is warranted anxiety, but obviously still unpleasant. My parents had to take my dog to look after her for me for a couple days, so I don’t have that important support. My cat is wonderful but she gives love on her terms only lol 🤷‍♀️ Any kind words or wishes would be appreciated ❤️💕💪 #Anxiety #BipolarDisorder #ADHD #PTSD #EatingDisorders #SensoryIssues #InflammatoryBowelDiseaseIBD #Allergies #SinusTachycardia #Hypertension #GastroesophagealRefluxDisease #ChronicPain #Nerve and joint pain #geneticblooddisorder #chroniccough #nausea #involuntarymovements #rashes #Fatigue #AutoimmuneDisease #DryMouth #Nightsweats #Endometriosis #kidneycysts #OvarianCyst #enlargedlymphnodes #Virus #Infection #CannabisCorner #MedicalCannabis #Isolation #Loneliness #nightterrors

Sertraline - night sweats ??????

Does anyone else get night sweats on sertraline? I’ve been on it for about 10 months now and am frequently waking up in the night absolutely soaking- I’ve mentioned it to the doctor and had blood tests which haven’t shown anything - they seem to think it might be the sertraline / anxiety. I also feel like I generally run much hotter than I used to ! The night sweats are getting me down a bit - does anyone else have these??

Medication side effects

I've been taking various #Antidepressants for years, recently I have upped my dosage and started some other hormone tablets. Let me tell you the #SideEffects have really hit me, especially the #Nightsweats which are absolutely ruining it for me. At this point I no longer even want to take my medication because it's just not worth it, I'm more #depressed than ever and I don't want to have to deal with this side effects anymore.

Any help for night sweats?

I’ve beeen dealing with night sweats since January but it’s been on and off. Lately it’s been more frequent. I’ve tried obvious things like just sheets and wearing less to bed as well as a fan in the room but it feels like not enough I still wake up with wet sheets. I know this sounds kind of gross sorry. Does anyone have help for night sweats? #Fibromyaliga #BackPain #Nightsweats

Does anyone else get terrible #Nightsweats because of your #Anxiety?

A couple of nights a week I wake up several times through the night with both bedsheets and pillow soaking wet from me sweating so much. I've been told (by doctor's I've met) that my nightsweats are caused by my #Anxiety. I just want to know if anyone else suffers from this?
