Recommendations for a yoga/stretching/gentle workout channel on Youtube?

I would like to explore starting a habit of gentle movement inside at home. I have a currently undiagnosed condition that is causing swelling and mild pain in my knees, so I do have some limitations physically. Mentally and emotionally I find intentional exercise very difficult because it makes me focus on my body which I prefer to dissociate from. I have been doing body-based and somatic therapy for nearly a year now, though, and some of the panic when I connect to my body is subsiding, so I think it is a good time to start a routine like this. I don't know where to start, though, and thought I would ask if anyone has a recommendation. Thank you in advance!

I started my day with #movement ! #Fibromyaliga #ChronicPain #ChronicFatigue #ChronicMigraines

Alright, so I won't be posting fitness tracker stats for running for miles anytime soon (maybe ever again). I used a foam roller on the wall to work out some knots (ending up having to do some squats) and found myself a bit winded. That counts right? Anyone else find themselves shying away from any movement but stretching because they're afraid it will flare up there symptoms? I'm feeling pretty good. I might even do it again to regain some of my strength. Have a good day!

Making Time for Myself #Yoga #movement #coffee

I wake up early enough to make time for myself in the mornings. I have a cup of coffee, do some yoga and take my dogs for a walk.  Making time for these things along with breakfast and a shower before my first commitment of the day energizes and centers me.

What is your least favorite type of physical activity? #52SmallThings

We all have an activity we don’t like doing. Maybe pilates isn’t your thing or you’d rather do anything else but put away laundry (yes, that can be a form of physical activity!). Or perhaps if you get snow where you live you would rather play in the snow than shovel the driveway. It’s OK to have physical activities you don’t like. Share your least faves with us in the comments below.
