Zoom. Everybody’s doing it 🎵

I bravely joined my very first Zoom call yesterday, a local Unity church. I showed up and the message, of course, was on point. The people in tiny boxes were friendly. It was my first sense of true vanity seeing my aged face in the box. I did not expect to get called upon, they all knew I was new, asked me about me and I somehow got words out without feeling too vulnerable. I think I will do it again, maybe even show up in person. I always break down n cry cry cry when attempting services in the past but I need human contact. And more spiritual energy to lift my soul. #Grief #CPTSD #Unity

How is everyone’s mental health?

With the constant media coverage evoking panic and the requirement for social distancing resulting from the Coronavirus, what is your current mental health status? How are you honestly feeling? I’m especially concerned for my fellow OCD family.

For me, I ‘ve been on an emotional rollercoaster. Emotions I believed to be healed from recently resurfaced. I found myself briefly mourning my title and duties as a wife, riddled with fear that I will forever be alone but I acknowledged my feelings, accept what will be, and moved on from them in a healthy manner without the tears and anger! GO ME! 👏🏽 🙌🏾 Acceptance and healing does not eliminate desire!

Comment below and share an accomplish or struggle you’ve experienced?

I support you all!

Health, peace, happiness, safety, empathy, blessings, and love to all of you 🙏🏻🙏🏽 🙏🏾🙏🏿❤️

Extra support..

We just received a call that the doctors are predicting my aunt to leave her earthly life very soon and my uncle is also awaiting biopsy results along with my dad.

My mother is the pillar of strength , beauty, love, and grace but I know this is extremely difficult for her.

Pray for my mother and my family!

Thank you and I wish love to you all! ❤️

Today..

Today, suppressed feelings forced self removal from discussion related to personal experiences. As I stood in the public bathroom with warms tears falling from my eyes, I came to the realization that, even though I conquered and overcame these situations, I will eternally carry these emotional wounds and it is perfectly humanistic and healthy to momentarily release the pain; it is healthy!

If today you’ve struggled or battled with pain, emotionally, spiritually or physically, please leave an encouraging comment in support of not just myself but our entire Mighty family. Remember, support and unity aids healing!

Empathy and love to you all! ❤️
