The start

So I started my treatment plan today. I was expecting to feel differently to the way I do if I'm honest. I thought I would feel much worse. But actually, I feel OK 😌. It is obviously the first day of the rest of my life, but I feel much more liberated. Fingers crossed everything keeps going well, or better than planned.

wise words that are crucial to my good health and happiness!!!

You can change your life simply by going from Fear to Love, put on a smile even if it hurts - watch, you’ll get them back your way when you need them! #Depression #Anxiety #BipolarDepression #lonely #Happiness #Healing #Recovery #attitude #MentalHealth #ChronicPain #positivementalattitude #BipolarDisorder

I'll stand tall #Positivity #positivementalattitude #Health #power #Pride

Dear reader,
After meditating for 40 days straight and promising myself to stay healthy, sober and upbeat, I took this photo of me with pride to show that I am today ready to face the challenges that this world will bring on to me. I have been in a too dark place, in prisons, in therapists offices and in areas someone as powerful and intellectual as me should never go, I will not cry anymore from loneliness, I want to scream from happiness and accepting myself is the first step towards that, my mistakes do not define me, neither does my BPD. I am caring, loving, hopeful and loyal.

And so are you!

Thank you for reading this thought. Hope it inspired you to feel that no matter how dark the clouds could be, there is always a silver lining.

Bread My cooking is one Distraction #DistractMe #ds . #CheckI

What are you doing to Distract You.
To not watch or listen to the news.
To stay active in this very strange and unprecedented times.
Me I'm baking cooking chatting to neighbours over my decking as they walk passed. Talking to family and friends on my phone.
THE MIGHTY yayyyyyyyyyyyyy.
What are doing?
Tell me I'd love to know
Love n hugs Tj

Physical distancing not social distancing #CheckInWithMe

I saw this on the News yesterday.

They have been wording it wrong the whole time.

We are not doing SOCIAL but physical distancing. That it that is what we have to practice.
Stand back from people physically stand back.
But that dosent mean you cant be social with people. Does it.

Look at the videos of the Italian people singing from their windows and balconies.

People in the uk taking food parcels to the elderly and ones stuck indoors.
This is being social. This is what us human being do in times of hardship crisis we pull together and help each other out.

So what can you do today to give more positive thoughts to your mind? like the pic says. or what can you do to help out your fellow neighbours or colleagues workers community

much love light hugs and kisses Tj ❤💗🤗👊💋🦓🦋😀

#The5gs #positivementalattitude #Gratitude

so my posting thing didn't go according to plan but I'm back now... later than planned for day 2 of #The5gs
today I am grateful for
1. Having found, serendipitously, I think, somewhere awesome to move to, and with someone that accepts my disability doesn't define me and is amazing with my guide dog
2. knowing I have a run to look forward to later today
3. people around me that will help. Tomorrow I go to a running shop so I can look at proper running shoes
4. having enough strength to believe I am conmportant enough to change my living situation, and so thankful and grateful for even how knowing how I'm moving on to better things has really lifted my mood
5. Grateful that instead of getting myself into more debt I had the courage to ask my mum for help, because I needed it. Asking for support takes courage, so pleased with myself for that

Gratitude - Tues., Jan. 8, 2019 - #52SmallThings

At first I didn't think I could come up with three things today, and then my mind broke free:
1. An hour-long conversation with an out-of-town friend; we talk once a week and support and encourage each other during good times and bad.
2. Two Facebook posts from friends sharing positive thoughts and comforting language. Made a difference in my day.
3. My 91 year old SIL who calls us once a month during the early days of the month. She also calls her other siblings. The remarkable thing is the clarity and sharpness of her mind and memory. The laughter in today's call was healing.
