How do you guys cope with your anxiety so that it doesn’t affect your daily life or moods? Just pour in some tips id love to know💕💕

Relationship Anxiety

I struggle a lot with relationship anxiety in romantic and close platonic relationships. In romantic relationships, i’m so extremely afraid they’ll cheat, or lose interest in me. In platonic relationships i’m afraid they’ll drift away, and i’ll be lonely again. I’m so afraid of going back to the loneliness i used to experience, and feeling inadequate. Sometimes these people don’t respond to me for hours (which i understand is normal) and this causes me to have a terrible pit in my stomach and tight feeling in my chest. I do plenty of hobbies but my mind is still worried, and it’s hard to focus. Please understand i’m not upset at people for living their lives, but I just need help at living my life too, not worrying about all these disatarous situations my mind makes up #Anxiety #AnxietyTips #GeneralizedAnxietyDisorder #AnxietyTriggers

Anxiety Tip: Armpit Hug

If you’re feeling stressed... try this. It’s discreet in public but it works! Tightly grab your left armpit/chest area with your right hand. With your left hand, securely fasten your right armpit. Hold firm. This will slow your nervous system and calm down your physical symptoms of anxiety. Take big breaths and hold this position until your anxiety has passed!

Would these help anyone? #PTSD #Depression #Anxiety #Motivation #AnxietyTips

What feels like an eternity (but was only about months ago) I stopped posting on The Mighty. I was in a really bad place. My meds were completely wrong and against the advice of my psychologist I started up a new romance - old wounds and unresolved PTSD resulted in me exploding with rage and fury. Although not physically people were hurt - and I have to live with that.

But I went back to basics, I ended the relationship and worked on myself. I got my meds right and I took ownership of getting better.

And now I'm back! I've started a new career in social media and a few months back I started practicing by taking quotes and tips that helped me and turning them into "motivational style" messages...

This is one I did today. If you guys like it I'm going to try giving back and post one a day, illness willing 💙

And if I hurt anyone on The Mighty please know that I'm sorry more than you'll ever know 💔
