Fibromyalgia and lupus

Hi 👋 there, id like to connect if im able to get more insights and suggestions. I'm still learning how to manage these autoimmune.
Are you still able to do prolong standing and walking? Are you able to find a job that will work (how)?? Any tips for career or additional income?
What are your coping skills or statements? Enjoy your weekend whatever you’re plans maybe.
I have woken up feeling really anxious and feel like something bad is about to happen!
I had a panic attack at 6:30am so planning?!?!?!
Am i the only one who gets anxiety, Am i overthinking it, Am i going to be okay?!?!?

Now i need the energy to even put the kettle on; i’m drained and i feel dry from the inside out, my throat is hurting so it could be the start of a flu or something. I know after i have my mid morning cuppa or 3 i may feel a little bit better 🗣️💪💥 and if not; im going to colour today, maybe write while i’m in my deep intrusive thoughts, something or nothing?!?!? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤔😕🤷🏿‍♂️😐🤔🤷😐😕🤔

Does IT get better ❤️‍🩹

So this is for you out there we don’t know what your going through. Today we wanted to say hey IT is what IT is isn’t IT and NO IT is not ok and that is ok. You are allowed to show your feelings you are allowed to express yourself and share your feelings. This is all hard for all of us and we are all extremely tired and exhausted from everything that happened and is happening.

The one message we would like to convey is you are not alone you matter you are important and yes you are worthy!

This is a message of Hope don’t opt-out don’t punch out don’t give up you are so much more then what you are going through.

You never know who your going to help or who will help you we are helping because people have helped us.

Sometimes IT takes so much just to find out what how why when where that you never new or was aware that people care.

You know what get up get out of that toxic fish tank and get into a fight or flight for you as you are the only one that can save you. Sorry tough love we had to say IT.

When you are surrounded by therapy and supports be IT a virtual therapist, peer group or even a volunteer commitment you change the equation of you.

So if you can change the equation you can escape the loop. If you escape the loop you can do so many different things that are good for you.

Look we know this is for someone out there…

Maybe your drinking maybe your smoking maybe your coping just to get to tomorrow using or even being abused. We send our hugs cause you can survive and you can get out. We won’t lie IT is very hard. Sometimes you need a 6 month break that’s an option. Yes you are putting life on hold and yes things may fall apart but is not everything already falling apart if your in this situation? Personally this road has been travelled. The point is don’t give up don’t surrender don’t give in cause you never know who is out there.

Someone needs to hear this message you perhaps or maybe a connection that is going through IT.

We would like to send hugs big hugs cause you can do IT! Yes you can! God Said so with help. So that means you don’t have to do IT alone.

We ask you to consider if you choose your present who can you help? If you choose to continue who will need you to be there for them in there time of need. A total stranger in a store a parking lot walking on a street or even in a support group. Someone somewhere needs you.

We hope this helps someone know you are appreciated you are valued and yes you are missed.

Friends, I am thankful to be here now, with all of you, and your presence is a blessing in my life as the leaves change and the nights get cool. Enjoy

Autumn Equinox, the 3rd harvest, balance, gratitude and preparation. This is a time to prepare to turn inward, to look at what we have harvested this year, to be thankful that we have enough for ourselves and enough to share with our loved ones.

This is the time when we let go, like the autumn leaves. We release all that no longer serves the highest good, and that which is in the way of our soul's purpose. We choose what to keep and what to let go of. Our inner cycles are a mirror of the cycles of nature.

Rabbi and writer Harold Kushner in The Lord Is My Shepherd suggests that when we contemplate fall's changes, we grow more appreciative of all the beauties that surround us. He writes: The poet Wallace Stevens once wrote, 'Death is the mother of beauty.' What those words say to me is that we cherish the beauty of a sunrise, of a New England autumn, time with family, a relationship, of a child's hug, precisely because those things will not be around forever, and neither will we be around to enjoy them.

This is the anniversary of my Dad’s passing and I rejoice in his spirit and memories of our times together. I send you blessings for peace, prosperity and good health!

What do you need today?

This week has been heavy. I feel like we all could use some self care. So what do you need today? You can pick as many as you want or add your own. I am going with hugs, yummy food and a basket of kittens. Maybe some Céline Dion music to chill by. And...I'm sending virtual hugs to each and every one of you today. That's a lot of hugs!!!

Trying to use colours more. This is one of my older draws. Flowers=colours, right? XD ahah

I remember that when I draw this I use it and stress relief. That's why the paper is super full eheh.
I'm always trying to use colours more. I love to draw but I can't seem to do well with colours. I love colours but can seem to create a good combination. It's a interesting challenge for me tho eheh.
The flowers that I drew are random so I don't know if they are similar to real flowers ahahah.

Self-care and self love are vital on the path of healing.

Do you all practice this?
When is the last time you guys show love to yourselves? In which way?
Do you have a favourite things to do or eat?

I bought my favourite delivery food and a dessert I love the last time I remember.
There are not much things I do for myself actually. I'm a foodie tho 😜 so I love to have cheat days now and then as prise for my good work. You need to reward yourself sometimes. It's a healthy thing to do.
The last time I bought something, not essential, for myself was when I bought 20 special markers for colour my illustrations. There was a good offert and I couldn't resist. That was at list 3 years ago I think 🤔😅.
