Today was a decent day especially after yesterday. Yesterday I got in a huge argument with hubby and my daughter got mad at me for laying some truth in her that she very much needed.
Today I have been just trying to take care of me the best way I know how because tomorrow it is back to work.
I have been short of breath all day, a mix between allergies and my normal breathing issues. But, it is getting better.
I have stopped eating sugar flour and wheat to try and improve my health and I can feel a difference. I was told I suck, I’m lazy, and oh yea the gluten free food I can eat is terrible. You might be asking, “Why would someone say this?”. Because I had to cancel dinner plans due to a flareup. I guess I need to date a few frogs before I meet Prince Charming but man, can the next frog be a little nicer?

I tend to open up about my health early because I’m always nervous I will have a flareup, I’ll need to cancel, and they won’t understand. Welp even if you tell someone, they still might not listen/understand and resort to calling you names.

Anyone have similar experiences? I feel like I need to write a book at this point, “Dating stories: Chronic Illness Edition”.

Hello! I am Novastarr 😊. I found this app after reading a post about loneliness in an MS Society email. I have been pretty down and out lately, wanting to do nothing but play games on my iPad. I go days at a time without checking my email or doing anything slightly resembling productivity. Somebody tell me how I can go to the library and get myself a book that I know I will enjoy and I love to read, but I am sitting here with this book in my lap, and I can’t make myself read. I procrastinate even the things that I love doing. I’m procrastinating right now by being on my phone and leaving this post🤦‍♀️. It doesn’t make any sense to me. Love going to the library. I know I will love the books that I got. I love to read. Once I make myself start reading, I won’t be able to stop myself. So why is it so hard to make myself start? Makes no sense!
