    Not sure ho to deal with my mean cousin saying how out of shape I am and look at her she could run circles around me and she’s ten years older then me

    She was very overweight even 2-3 years ago so to make fun of my weight talking about how in shape she is is cruel and hurtful who can offer me support and love and advice? She really hurt my feelings I didn’t ask for a pandemic to make me gain weight nor did I ask for being out of shape it’s a very personal thing I have challenges she does not have such as pcos fibromyalgia and scoliosis and siatica. So to make me feel bad for my pulling my back out yesterday from having to lift a heavy Amazon box by myself I don’t have a boyfriend or husband to help me.     Started my bullet journal yesterday. I’m filling it with phrases that everyone might like to hear, or things I wish someone had told me..so it’s safe to say I’m not doing it the traditional way.     The first day of 2019 I spent most of it sleeping and woke up immediately nervous. I have the worst morning anxiety. #morninganxiety #Anxiety Worried about what the day will hold let alone the new year. Worried if the new year will be as terrible as 2018 was. I guess for the first week of the 52 small things challenge will to be more positive and hopeful!

    Goals

    Working on some goals for this new year. 1. Going out with friends more often. 2. Writing in a journal every day. 3. Getting started right away or 30 min after waking every morning. 4. Taking medicine on time. 5. Returning library books on time. 6. Going to the gym 3 days a week. 7. Practice cbt as much as possible. 8. Less social media. 9. More listening, less talking. 10.     Take a hot bath. Shave your legs if you haven't in weeks. I can't stand the silence when I'm feeling so alone, so I watch a movie or "Supernatural" on the iPad during my bath. I always feel better afterward.

    Wash and change your bedsheets - it's amazing how nice it is to fall asleep with fresh sheets.
