My health is a rollercoaster rn

I'm sick at the moment. The kind of sick you get when you have mecfs. It's usually sinusitus related for me. It goes on for weeks on end with awful days and terrible days and not-so-bad days. But there are so few symptoms. My sinuses are a bit stuffy, nothing severe. I otherwise feel like hell. I'm sore all over. My back and neck ache the most. I slept 16 hours last night. I got up at 12.15pm and an hour late the extreme fatigue and weakness was already back in my arms and legs. My brain is foggy and my head is heavy. And yet I must push on and work, I need the income. I wonder how long I can continue though...

#Fibromyalgia #sinusitus I have severe fibromyalgia and often get sinus infections that throw me into a flare. Does this happen to anyone else?

I'd love advice. I already do nasal rinses and have had two sinus surgeries. Since the main symptom of the infection is often headache/face pain (which I get with my fibro anyway) I often don't know when to go to the doctor and feel hopeless. #sinusitis

Terrified to try prednisone!

I have been having issues with inflamed sinuses. I’m newly diagnosed with celiac disease so I can’t help but wonder if it may be the reason for all of the sinus issues to begin with. Anyways, my Dr. prescribed me prednisone. I might also add that I take suboxone for a previous opioid addiction. I am just dying for some relief, and I know that if the prednisone works I am going to be on cloud 9, but then I went to Dr. google to check out all of the crazy side effects it can cause. Has anyone tried it? If so how was it? Someone tell me I’m just chicken and to just try it. LOL. #CeliacDisease #sinusitus #PanicDisorder

A cute #MightyPets moment

Last night my chronic facial pain was really flaring, and none of the ordinary tricks were helping. My doggo Thurman must have noticed I was in more pain than usual, even though I don't think I was making any obvious signs of discomfort, and he came over and rested his head right on mine -- in the exact spot it was hurting most. It was really incredible, and even though the physical pain didn't go away, it made the whole night better.

I know many of you have #MightyPets and have had moments like this, too. I'd love to hear them! Comment below. Pets are the best. <3

How do you deal with "Why me?" moments?

I'm usually pretty good about it, but every once in a while when my symptoms are flaring I have that "why me?" moment, and sometimes I get stuck in that. How do you deal with feeling this way?
