#beyondmaskanxiety is a new campaign launched (originally on Insta) by Sally Lushin to show that #MaskAnxiety is a serious issue, but there is help and support out there, and others who experience the same. There can be so many reasons for it- physical/sexual assault, traumatic experiences, fears of how others will see us, and many more. I was contacted by her after she found my Mask Anxiety article online and it helped her. I'm happy to have my article associated with her campaign and encourage everyone to post a picture wearing their mask with #beyondmaskanxiety in the caption somewhere along with whatever your fear is (if you're comfortable,) or just words of support for others who experience anxiety wearing a mask. Join us in showing others they aren't alone #inthistogether I'll be posting my own as soon as I'm not fighting my body for control😂 I've been too sick all morning to really even move, but I will get it done today. Just trying to make the best of each day... It is crazy hard to figure out teaching 5 kids at home with limited supplies ... Picked up paper packet for my one child that has IEP.. She is 13 ..and she had already tried online school first semester of the year... Went back to brick and mortar cuz it was too hard... too much stress..
She did 16 pages of paper work...no tears... Some smiles😊 And only asked for help when she really needed it.. 🙌 Yay!!!
So yeah.. Im rambling.. But trying to share one computer that won't charge.. ( gotta use duck tape.. To hold cord at an angle) .... It's been a real drama / stress test.. Pffft😂
I think we are going to plant a small container garden to supplement homeschool and fresh food ... What should we plant? Any suggestions?
Also open to any suggestions on fun home stuff or fun break ideas for US...

I saw my youngest son Jake very briefly on Monday. He had no choice but to come to my house and pick up his belongings as he finally is moving into his new home. After living a month at his Dads.
His new landlord was stuck abroad. As so many were.

Was so nice seeing him. ❤ From a distance, 2+ meters but left me feeling a bit low after. 😥 just down but I'm ok.
It's still so strange not living with him. But hey it was me that moved out 😂😁 lol
